Tadoussac

Canada tours and signtseeing

This is a small village that is surrounded by hills in the St. Lawrence River area of Ontario, Canada. It was once a French Trading post. Now it is the oldest settlement in Quebec.

The rugged beauty here from the Saguenay Fjord and the region itself brings in the tourists. There are many accommodations from hotels to inns to cottages and b&b’s. The local restaurants are great and the food is terrific!

There are many things for visitors to do when in this region. You can take a whale watching tour or enjoy a day cruise. Take a flight on a seaplane and see the sights from the sky. There is also kayaking and sail boating. The trails are beautiful for hikers, cyclists and sightseers. If you and the family want to see marine life which is abundant here in Tadoussac then visit the Chauvin Trading Post and the Centre d’interpretaion des Mammiferes Marins.
