The museums include The Niagara Apothecary Museum and the Lincoln and Well and Regiment Museum. There are several parks and gardens including the Butterfly Conservatory with 2,000 free flying butterflies.
Then there is the Niagara Parks Greenhouse with tropical birds and seasonal floral displays. The Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens has 100 acres of gardens with brick walkways, ponds and more. There is a café and ice cream shop on the grounds too! Of course you have to be intrigued enough to visit the Laura Secord Homestead. Here you will find costumed interpreters acting out her life along with ice cream and refreshments for visitors.
