Moose Jaw

Canada tours and signtseeing

The town of Moosejaw has so many interesting sites and attractions for visitors. With sporting events, walking trails, golf, baseball, swimming, camping and more. If you want to have an outdoor experience there is Cresent Park. It is a 28 acre park that is well kept with flowers, treed and a waterway.

It has an outdoor pool, tennis court, lawn bowling, an amphitheatre, library, art gallery, museum and auditorium. The Temple Gardens Mineral Spa Resort Hotel has become something to talk about. The Tunnels of Moose Jaw tours take visitors underground where they hear stories of Chinese immigrants and bootleggers.

Of course there is the famous, “Mac the Moose.” It is the town’s mascot and is located on the Trans Canada Highway. Then you can walk to the Tunnels of Moose Jaw. The highlight is the Passage to Fortune tour. You will get “coolies” for pay like the workers of yesterday and see tiny bunk beds. Then there is an Al-Capone themed tour full of actions and special effects.
