This town is located in British Columbia, Canada. There is a wealth of things to do in Kamloops and it is strongly native influenced. There is the Western Canada Theatre that puts on shows with acting and more.
There is the Sagebrush Theatre and the Pavilion Theatre for performances. Then there is the 2,000 year old village called the Shuswap.
It is a winter village that features summer pit houses, tule mat lodge, hunting lean to, fish drying rack, smoke houses and fish traps. Take the family fossil hunting and you may find a million year old treasure. There are a few parks to discover including Riverside Park, Pioneer Park and the Keena Cartwright Park.
