Fonthill

Canada tours and signtseeing

This is a town in Pelham, Ontario, Canada. The town is close to St, Catherine’s and minutes from Well and. It is twenty minutes from Niagara Falls and Port Colbourne. There is plenty of shopping at the Font hill Centre and a lot of green space. There are access trails including the Steve Bauer trails named after a Pelham Olympian.

There is the Harold Black Park named after a former Mayor. In this park they hold the Canada Day festivities that include a parade in town. There is also a park named after a famous golfer Marlene Stewart Streit.

This park has a baseball diamond, a huge outdoor pool and trails. If you want to pick some fruit there are cherry, apple and peach orchards all over town. There is also thousands of hectares of vineyards for that great bottle of wine. There are quarry sites in the area that have been turned into fruit orchards. Try some golfing at the Peninsula Lakes golf course which is in a quarry.
