Brockville

Brockville is in the province of Ontario and sits in the Thousand Islands region on the St. Lawrence River. Brockville has excellent boating with a large deep water marina, yacht club and a few marinas.

The Brockville Islands group has city parks and an island park for tourists. Many boaters come to Brockville to re-fuel, get repairs and supplies. Visitor can take boat tours and take in the scenery. Wreck diving is popular in this city because there are many sunken ships below the waters and dive operators will take visitors to these sites.

Along with that the city has music, art and dance organizations. The Arts Centre has had such performers as Harry Conick Jr, Roger Whitaker, Blue Rodeo and the Tragically Hip. There are parks and walking trails and the cities architecture is gorgeous with fountains, mansions and other historical sites. The Fulford Place is a museum in a house and is open for tours every day.
