Baie-Sainte-Catherine

This is a community that is located at the junction of the St. Lawrence River and Saguenay Fjord. This is located in the eastern part of the Charlevoix region in Quebec. There is a ferry that runs between Baie-Sainte-Catherine and Tadoussac where you can find a maritime museum, many historic sites and wharves to check out.

This area is so popular that thousands of tourists visit each year. Here you will find whale watching and fjord cruises. There are other outdoor attractions like the Ranch du Fjord where you can ride horses. Two of the more scenic parks are the Sentier des Chutes and Sentier des Castors with hiking trails and paths to meander.

f you like wines then this is one of the regions where you can find some of the best wines in Canada. You can visit the Terrasse Felix-Antoine Savard which is an observation terrace and gives you views of the country and its landscapes.
